My background
Hi, I’m Anaysha Shupperd, a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and reconnect. I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigating the effects of trauma, attachment challenges, mood and personality disorders, ADHD, Autism, and life transitions such as new diagnoses or family changes
My approach to care
My approach to therapy is Christian-based, spiritual, and trauma-informed, rooted in empathy, understanding, and respect for each person’s unique story. I believe in meeting clients where they are—integrating faith and evidence-based practices to help them find hope, healing, and purpose in their journey.
A little more about me...
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband, our four amazing kids, and our Goldendoodle, Lady.
“I walk with others in faith and compassion, helping them find strength and healing through life’s challenges.”
Take the first step toward healing
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Sometimes healing starts by simply saying, I’m ready for something different. I’ll listen with care, offer guidance, and help you start moving toward healing and renewal.
