Healing Happens in Community
Support Groups offer a welcoming environment where individuals can find connection, understanding, and encouragement—no matter where they are in their journey. At SafeHaven Counseling Center, groups are led with care and intention, creating space to share openly, learn from others’ experiences, and grow in strength, hope, and resilience through community.

About our Support Groups
At SafeHaven Counseling Center, our Support Groups are thoughtfully designed to offer meaningful connection, shared understanding, and compassionate guidance. We offer both co-ed groups and groups specific to men or women, allowing participants to engage in environments that feel supportive and appropriate for their unique needs.
Each group provides a safe, welcoming space where individuals can connect with others navigating similar experiences—reducing isolation, fostering encouragement, and building resilience through community.
Our groups are led by Stephanie Hooks, whose passion is supporting whole-person growth by nurturing emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being through faith-guided care and practical support.
Whether you are walking through grief, recovery, life transitions, or ongoing personal challenges, SafeHaven’s Support Groups are designed to meet you where you are—offering hope, strength, and the reminder that you do not have to face life alone.
Our Support Groups are designed to help you understand what you’re experiencing, why it matters, and how healing and growth are possible.
Healing is often found in shared stories and compassionate connection.
