My background
I hold both a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University (LMSW) with just under 10 years of experience in the field of counseling both inpatient and outpatient facilities. I specialize in a holistic approach of therapy by focusing first on safety and trust while establishing a positive therapeutic bond.

As a military spouse, I have had the unique opportunity to walk alongside those within the armed forces and their families during seasons of trauma.
Whether you are navigating a painful situation from the past, adjusting to a new circumstance, feeling overwhelm or anxiety – it is my goal to meet you with compassion and grace as we explore your story and discover the hope that lies on the other side.

My areas of focus: anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, PTSD, trauma, and general life concerns.
My approach to care
As your therapist, you can expect a calm environment that welcomes change while also processing together the challenges life can bring. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths based, and motivational interviewing into my person-centered approach.
“I strive to create a calm, supportive space where challenges can be processed and meaningful change can begin.”
A little bit more about me
When I’m not at work, you may find me hiking with our golden retriever, fly fishing with my husband, trying my hand at baking, or playing with my two little ones.
