Hello! Embracing my ADHD and living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and chronic pain has given me a unique perspective that deeply informs my counseling work. My approach to therapy is direct, intuitive, and down-to-earth, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Rogerian (Person-Centered) modalities.
I also integrate mindfulness and body-awareness work to support the mind-body connection. As a Gottman Method-trained couples therapist, I specialize in helping partners strengthen communication, trust, and emotional connection.
If your heart feels ready, reach out and schedule a session — you don’t have to walk this path alone.
