LCSW, CSAT, CPTT, IFS, IFIO, Level II

Through Christ-centered counseling, I help individuals find healing, freedom, and renewed strength from trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.

I am certified in trauma care, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, sexual addiction, recovery, and partner trauma support.

My background

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in Christ-centered counseling for trauma, addiction, and mental health.

At SafeHaven Counseling Center, I offer a holistic, faith-based approach—integrating emotional, physical, and spiritual care. I’ve had the honor of walking with individuals, couples, families, children, and first responders through seasons of deep pain and growth.

Whether you're facing anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, or past trauma, I provide a safe, prayerful space to explore your story, deepen your faith, and rediscover hope.

My mission is to support your healing journey and help you step into the life God has prepared for you.

My approach to care

I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, families, children, and first responders.

I approach counseling with empathy, faith, and a deep respect for every person’s story. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be honest about your emotions—whether you’re feeling grief, anger, sadness, or confusion—and know you’ll be met with understanding, not judgment.

Healing, to me, is more than addressing what’s broken; it’s about growth, restoration, and rediscovering who you were created to be.

Areas of focus
Sexual addiction and betrayal trauma, substance addiction, PTSD from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, OCD, eating disorders, sexual abuse, and spiritual concerns.

"No matter where you are in your story, there’s always hope for renewal."
