Tina Martindale

LCSW, CSAT, CPTT, IFS, IFIO, Level II

With over 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of combining compassionate clinical care with christian faith counseling for sexual addiction recovery, betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Through specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma therapy, and addiction recovery, I help individuals, couples, families, children, and first responders find lasting healing, restored relationships, and renewed hope.

Healing through faith and care

I believe healing is about more than overcoming pain, it's about restoration, discovering your God-given identity, and stepping confidently into the life you were created to live.

"My mission is to support your healing journey and help you step into the life God has prepared for you."

My approach to care

"I approach counseling with compassion, faith, and a deep respect for every person’s unique story. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore difficult emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and find healing without fear of judgment."

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship issues, or spiritual concerns, I offer Christ-centered counseling that integrates emotional, relational, and spiritual care. Together, we will work toward lasting healing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of hope.
